Abhyangam (45 minutes)

The application of medicated oil on the head and body promotes strength, sleep, growth, and firmness of hair. It improves blood circulation, the skin, and complexion. A three-minute steam and a warm water shower with a herbal scrub follow this.

Dinacharya (45 minutes)

This is a unique lifestyle therapy, which aims at ageing gracefully. The program includes an oil application and a cleansing therapy for the five sense organs – Anjana (for eyes), Nasya (for nose), Karnapoorana (for ears), Kavalam (for mouth) and Dantdhavanan (for oral cavity). The experience gives a unique feeling of freshness and total cleanliness and a new spark of energy for the rest of the day.

Udwarthanam

A special therapy for reducing body fat, and improving the tone of muscles and health of skin. This involves a massage with medicated oil and a herbal powder called ‘thriphala’, a unique mixture of three ayurvedic ingredients. This can be practised for 1 / 7 / 14 days.

Mukhalepam



Mukhalepam is ideal for removing wrinkles and discoloration, and to make skin soft and smooth. This is a herbal facial which begins with a face massage with a suitable oil. A herbal mask is made on the spot from 15 herbal powders and applied.The Ayurveda Centre also offers holistic treatment sessions ranging from 7 days to 35 days covering treatments like Shirodhara, Pizhichil and Navarakizhi in consultation with our Ayurvedic Doctor.
